About Sebastian

Sebastian Kujas is a teacher at Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach. He teaches Design Coding and Digital Prototyping at the department of Design.

Before HfG Sebastian was at https://meso.design doing all sorts of technical endeavors from coding creative software for exhibits, designing and making exhibits with motors, sliders and all sorts of things to planning network concepts for museums with custom exhibition control software and continous deployment pipelines.

Sebastian is a trained metal worker and besides that a strong proponent of self teaching. He is a digital native and started coding around age 11. Later at around age 14 he taught himself C++ because Java was just too slow.

Sebastian uses neovim on fedora i3 and thinks software should be free and based on open source and open standards.
