About Sebastian

Sebastian Kujas is a teacher at Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach. He teaches Design Coding and Digital Prototyping at the department of Design.

Before HfG Sebastian was at meso.design doing all sorts of technical endeavors. Coding software for exhibits, designing and building things with motors, sliders and all sorts of interactive things. Finding creative solutions and doing things differently.

Whatever works!

His background is a life long love of coding, making and getting things done. He is a trained metal worker and besides that a strong proponent of self teaching. Always enjoying creative challenges and never stopping before it works. Before MESO he was freelancing in web development and photography.

Sebastian is a digital native and started coding around age 11 in PowerBasic. Later at around age 14 he taught himself C++ because Java was just too slow.

Sebastian uses neovim on fedora i3 and thinks software should be free and based on open standards.
